At Berspacee, we understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. We aim to make this process simple and transparent while respecting the handmade nature of our rugs.

Cancelling an Order

Every rug and pillow we sell is a finished, one-of-a-kind piece that is already made and photographed before it is listed. Nothing is produced to order, so cancellation depends only on whether your parcel has been dispatched.

Before dispatch: you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email contact@berspacee.com or call +212 776 532 019 with your order number. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible.

After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
